This position has the potential to earn over $2K per year in commissions! •When you apply please upload a copy of your resume and any certifications: EPA, HVAC or CPO.•On any given day you will: Maintain the upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds during assignment period. Performs regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas on the property. Performs small appliance, plumbing, electrical and other repairs in residential apartment homes and other areas on the property. Physically walk and inspect assigned property, including vacant units. Conduct property inspections, including move in, housekeeping, and grounds to assure adherence to established standards. Involvement in Capex projects. Be available for emergency calls and respond to those according to GoldOller's policy on after-hour emergency calls.
