ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Building Maintenance is responsible for the following: 1. Maintain and repair all facilities and building equipment located within facilities controlled by Kalitta. This includes electrical, water, and air equipment. 2. Build facility additions as required. 3. Ensure that all Powerplant Division grounds are maintained properly (mowing, snow removal, etc.). 4. Perform any other duties assigned by the Powerplant Building Maintenance Supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

At least 5 years' experience as a building maintenance technician is preferred. Hight School Diploma or equivalent. Hold a valid US Drivers license. Available for flexible hours and weekends Must have excellent communication skills Training such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. are a plus. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

Must be a high school graduate

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must have good oral, written and organizational skills.
