We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a stable manufacturing facility in Rochester Hills. This position is responsible for maintaining production equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work and wants to continue learning and developing their maintenance skills. What You'll Be Doing Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot production equipment Repair and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Respond to equipment breakdowns and production support needs Assist with equipment installations and process improvements Read equipment manuals and identify effective repair solutions Support continuous operation of manufacturing equipment What We're Looking For Maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics Ability to read manuals, diagnose issues, and solve problems independently Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Someone who enjoys working with their hands and figuring out how things work Nice to Have Plastic injection molding or foam molding experience Basic PLC knowledge Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment Why Consider This Opportunity?
