Apartment Maintenance Technician Confidential Roseville, MI Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 4 days ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Full time maintenance technician needed for an apartment community in Roseville. The ideal candidate is a team player who is willing and able to complete work orders in a timely and professional manner. Prior apartment maintenance experience is highly preferred.

Daily tasks may include:

Grounds cleanup and weeding Trash removal Apartment turnover Basic plumbing and electrical Drywall repairs Basic carpentry Vinyl floor installation Snow removal Moving appliances or other heavy items Candidate must have a valid driver license, reliable transportation, the ability to be on call as required, an acceptable background check and own tools. No medical benefits provided. Potential rent discount available.
