As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for the performance and maintenance of equipment in our manufacturing facility. Y our
Contributions:
Responsible for maintaining, setting up, and operating production equipment including the ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical equipment failures. Ability to fabricate using MIG welder, TIG welder, vertical/horizontal band saws, bridge port mill and lathe Updating and completing preventative and non-preventative work orders. Perform fabrication of parts/equipment. Respond to service calls to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine problems and determine proper corrective action. Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)- knowledge of Allen Bradley preferred Maintain parts inventory for common replaceable items and daily recordkeeping within JAC Products computer maintenance management software (CMMS) What you need as a
Maintenance Technician:
Preferred education requirement: 4 year technical degree, Journey Worker Certification, or 9 years of job-related experience. Minimum of 6 years in industrial maintenance. Advanced understanding of machine and equipment PLCs Ability to use various types of tools including volt-meter and equipment necessary (manual, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic) Effective communication and problem solving skills
