Job Description
Swimming Pool & Outdoor Living InstallerBuild Some of Michigan's Best Backyards Munro Outdoor is looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our growing construction team. We specialize in high-end fiberglass swimming pools, patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, and complete backyard transformations throughout Southeast Michigan. We're not looking for someone who just wants another construction job—we're looking for someone who enjoys building quality projects, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that cares about craftsmanship. Every project is different, and every day brings something new. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, learning new skills, and seeing a project come together from start to finish, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As part of our installation crew, you'll help build beautiful outdoor spaces by: Installing fiberglass swimming pools and related equipment Assisting with excavation, grading, and site preparation Installing plumbing and drainage systems Building patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor living features Setting concrete, pavers, and other landscape materials Operating construction equipment safely and efficiently Reading plans and following project layouts Working alongside experienced team members to deliver high-quality craftsmanship Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe Taking pride in producing work you'll be proud to show off What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has construction, landscaping, excavation, or outdoor labor experience Enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced environment Is dependable, motivated, and works well with a team Takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail Can safely operate hand and power tools Is willing to learn new skills and grow within the company Can lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Has a valid driver's license (preferred) Experience installing pools, hardscapes, plumbing, concrete, or operating heavy equipment is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
