Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician for our 120+ unit apartment complex. ```Duties```

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects. ```Experience```
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing household appliances, doors, windows, hardware. You will use your mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will contribute to the overall efficiency of our facility.
