In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), refrigeration, and kitchen equipment across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for staff and customers alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs. Perform repairs on machinery, such as lathes, mills, crimping machines, etc. Install, calibrate, and maintain HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and appliances to ensure compliance with safety standards. Work on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks across multiple sites. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments or facilities management to minimize downtime. Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs on complex systems using appropriate tools and techniques. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed in accordance with operational procedures. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair. Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting/diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues. Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures. Hands-on experience with appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, air conditioning systems, machining equipment, and HVAC system repair. Knowledge of maintenance operations including MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices within industrial environments. Performing routine maintenance around the building. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients about technical issues. Experience operating construction tools and equipment safely in various work environments.
