Afternoons/Midnights/Weekends Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the heart of one of the country's top shopping destinations? Look no further! Somerset Collection is seeking passionate and dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our thriving facility maintenance team.
Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician at Somerset Collection, you'll be responsible for: Performing general maintenance tasks, including interior and exterior painting, light plumbing and electrical work, lighting and fixture repairs, and exterior grounds maintenance. Unique opportunity to work with high-end finishes including custom woodwork, stone, tile, and brick pavers. Work on state-of-the-art water fountains. Conducting routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations. Upholding safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for staff and visitors. Work with the management team to assist with special event set up and take-down. Operating various vehicles, equipment, and lifts.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred. Proficiency in basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Valid Driver's License. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
Pay:
$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
