FALK Panel USA is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our second-shift team. This role is responsible for supporting equipment reliability, troubleshooting production issues, and helping keep our highly automated manufacturing line running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Respond quickly to equipment downtime and production support needs Assist with repairs, adjustments, and equipment improvements Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Communicate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime Document maintenance activity as needed Qualifications Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working around automated production equipment Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems preferred Reliable attendance and strong attention to safety Willingness to work second shift, Monday-Thursday Pay and benefits Full-time, W-2 position

Pay:

$25-$31 per hour, based on experience Additional $2/hour shift differential on top of base pay Monthly performance bonus opportunity of up to 12% of base earnings, based on company and/or individual KPI achievement 401(k) with 4% company match 100% company-paid medical insurance premiums for employees, spouses, and dependents Company-paid dental and vision insurance premiums for employees, spouses, and dependents Benefits begin on the 1st of the month following the hire date 11 paid holidays 40 hours of PTO after 90 days An additional 40 hours of PTO at 6 months An additional 40 hours of PTO after 2 years PTO renews annually on January 1, with up to 40 hours eligible for carryover $500 gym reimbursement Monthly catered lunches Company events, including family-friendly summer events, winter events, pickleball, and golf outings
