Job Description
Serve as Building Maintenance Technician, responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. This position assists with routine repairs, preventative maintenance, custodial duties, and general facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, and functioning environment. Must have basic knowledge of building maintenance practices and tools. Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment. Have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have (1) year employment experience in facilities maintenance, custodial work, or related field.
