  • THIS IS A 3RD SHIFT ROLE
  • What to expect: As a CNC Maintenance Technician (III), 3rd Shift, you will safely maintain and repair CNC equipment and machining centers across an array of manufacturers.
Responsible for preventative and daily maintenance of production burn tables, press brake, and numerous state-of-the-art CNC machining centers to include Mazak, Giddings & Lewis (G&L), Haas, and Okuma. In this role you may also support other area preventative and scheduled maintenance.
Pay Rate and Schedule:
The position includes a Total Compensation extension wage of $36.95/hour (this total wage includes a base wage of $35.70 plus the additional $1.25 /hour shift differential) and a comprehensive day-one benefits program and on-site health and wellness! Paid weekly.

Overtime opportunities may be available on a voluntary basis based on business needs and with leader prior authorization. Your Role Day to
Day:
Perform breakdown maintenance on CNC equipment including diagnosing and repair/replacement of defective parts
  • electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic (burn tables, traditional CNC lathes/mills, cranes etc).
Perform simple and complex preventative maintenance on CNC, production and building equipment. Interpret hydraulic/electrical drawings and technical repair manuals for breakdown diagnostics using various tools. Operate equipment including forklift, man lift, etc. Work and interact effectively in a team environment Candidates Will Bring (minimum requirements): Equivalent or 4 years' experience in electrical, hydraulic and mechanical repair. Including troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair and preventative maintenance of machines or related hands-on maintenance experience, in a manufacturing, operations, or high-volume facility OR relevant technical degree in electronics/CNC maintenance and repair Ability to read and interpret machine blueprint and drawings. Top Candidates Will Have (preferred): Experience with production and building equipment maintenance in a large scale facility or manufacturing environment, including CNC machines Prior leadership experiences Work Environment Work various shifts and workday schedules including nights and weekends
  • If deemed your schedule Work in environment with frequently changing temperatures and all weather conditions Exposure to magnets that may impact medical devices Physical Requirements Noise levels of 85db or greater Lift up to 35lbs frequently Work at multiple heights Climb on equipment, machines, ladders, man lifts and various step stools Stand for a minimum of 8 hour shifts with minimal breaks Kneel, squat, and crawl on knees Work in awkward positions, including forward reach, lateral reach, squat, overhead reaching, twisting and forward head and rotation of neck.
Work in tight spaces Repetitive grasping, pushing, pulling rotating Use of fine motor skills Use of maintenance hand tools
