Maintenance Technician - Chaska, MN Up to $39/hr (DOE) | 2nd & 3rd Shift Why join? Key responsibilities & Requirements Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including kettles, conveyors, colloid mills, sweeps, washers, gearboxes, and metal detectors Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, including VFD issues, motors, and controls (24V, 110V, 480V); respond quickly to breakdowns Complete PMs and maintain strong documentation standards to meet food safety and audit requirements Industrial maintenance experience required, with conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and production equipment Strong hands on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required, able to work independently on 2nd or 3rd shift Benefits Medical plans through HealthPartners, including HSA-eligible options Company contributes up to $850/year (single) or $1,000/year (family) toward your HSA Dental with $1,500 annual maximum 401(k) with company match Company-paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance ($50,000) Company-paid Long-Term Disability covering 60% of your salary
