Facilities Maintenance Technician:
Learn and apply new processes and procedures in area of responsibility, as well as train, lead and communicate effectively with all co-workers Responsible for evaluating and continuous improvement of processes in area of responsibility working to minimize change overtime Ensure that every detail and specification of each product is met Follow work direction effectively, completing/overseeing all record keeping and performing all tests as required Maintain spare parts inventory, notifying manager when running low Maintain appropriate sanitation records, keeping track of what chemicals are used and in what concentration Give Public Relations tours and act as spokesperson for the company when requested Operate and maintain all equipment area of assigned responsibility, ensuring its working properly and as efficiently as possible Perform all other duties as assigned or required by the supervisor/customer What you will need to be a
Facilities Maintenance Technician:
High school diploma or equivalent Must have strong mechanical background, including thorough knowledge in areas of maintenance, plumbing, electrical, welding, heating, and refrigeration Verbal and written communication skills in English Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of company web-based programs Ability to read and interpret in English Ability to lift and or move up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records with math and science skills Why Join?
