Job Summary The Industrial Maintenance Technician is a highly skilled position responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems throughout our stainless-steel fabrication facility. This role plays a critical part in maximizing equipment uptime, supporting production goals, and ensuring safe and efficient operation of manufacturing assets. The ideal candidate will possess extensive industrial maintenance experience, solid mechanical troubleshooting skills, and strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing systems. This individual must be capable of independently diagnosing and resolving equipment issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Duties Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems with minimal supervision. Diagnose equipment failures and determine root causes to reduce downtime and improve reliability. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, pneumatic diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documentation. Perform equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns before failures occur. Complete work orders, maintenance records, and preventive maintenance documentation within the CMMS system. Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects. Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and service providers when advanced technical support is required. Maintain spare parts inventories and communicate maintenance-related purchasing needs. Support production personnel by responding to equipment issues in a timely manner. Safely operate maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, lifting devices, and shop equipment. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety procedures. Skills 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting ability. Experience maintaining CNC-controlled manufacturing equipment, fabrication equipment, or automated production machinery. Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems including motors, motor controls, relays, contactors, sensors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). Working knowledge of pneumatic systems including valves, regulators, cylinders, air dryers, and compressed air distribution systems. Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Computer proficiency includes maintenance software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to independently troubleshoot and complete maintenance activities with minimal supervision. Must possess and maintain a personal basic industrial maintenance tool set. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Solid understanding of manufacturing safety procedures and best practices. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

$26.00 - $32.00 per hour
