Maintenance Line Techs in Eden Prairie, MN!

Overview:

Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a highly motivated worker to join their team for a High-Quality Food company in Eden Prairie, MN.

Job Duties:

Ensure workplace safety and food quality by following GMPs, HACCP/SQF standards, PPE requirements, plant procedures, and completing required safety training. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic production equipment, including PLCs, VFDs, schematics, PMs, and CMMS documentation. Support production operations through equipment setup/changeovers, vendor collaboration, process improvements, and maintaining line availability. Train and assist Line Technicians while fostering teamwork, communication, and a positive work environment across departments. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including LEAN projects, maintenance process development, new equipment installations, and ongoing technical training.
