Job details Summary Spherion $22.00 - $24.50 per hour Permanent 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM Industry installation, maintenance & repair (Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Occupations) Reference number S_175559 Job details The trainee will learn the skills necessary to act as a maintenance technician through hands-on training, classroom training, and OEM training. The trainee will complete a 12-month training program to be able to perform the essential duties on the Maintenance Technician position description.

$22.00 - $24.50/hr

Responsibilities:
Shadow and learn from operators, PM mechanics, Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance supervisors, Maintenance managers, Engineering, Safety Team, and Continuous Improvement team. Complete a 12-month training program and be able to explain and demonstrate the theory and practice of maintenance tasks. Partner with Quality Assurance, executing and supporting all Quality programs that ensure the production of Safe, Quality Foods. Learns and uses CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) to enter and retrieve activity log information and reports. Learn from other mechanics on how to troubleshoot various items, identify line performance issues, and assist in correcting them. Assist with the installation, adjustment, and repair of processing equipment in accordance with specifications.
