$30 - $34 per hour (DOE)We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills to support daily operations in a production environment. This role focuses heavily on troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and machinery, while also performing general mechanical maintenance to keep the facility running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including motors, controls, relays, sensors, wiring, and basic PLC related issues.

Perform mechanical maintenance on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and other plant equipment.

Complete preventive maintenance tasks and document all work performed.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, manuals, and work orders.

Identify root cause issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.

Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed.

Follow all safety procedures including proper lockout and tagout practices.

Work with production personnel to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
Qualifications:
3 or more years of industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to diagnose and repair AC and DC electrical systems and control circuits.

Understanding of basic PLC related issues and repairExperience repairing and maintaining mechanical components including motors, pumps, bearings, and drive systems.

Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical schematics.

Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS tools.

Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work independently.

High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications are a plus.
