Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Maintenance Technician/Cleaner to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike. This position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the upkeep of our building interior and exterior spaces, providing excellent customer service through diligent maintenance. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing designated areas to maintain cleanliness standards. Conduct building interior maintenance such as minor repairs, upkeep of fixtures, and ensuring all spaces are in good condition. Utilize hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks and repairs within the facility. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas, including lot maintenance such as trash removal, landscaping support, and general upkeep of exterior grounds. Respond promptly to maintenance requests or issues identified during daily operations to ensure safety and functionality. Provide customer service at our dealership and conduct lot attendant duties, moving cars, driving cars to car wash, rearranging units as needed. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools for maintenance tasks. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform cleaning duties thoroughly. Basic knowledge of building interior maintenance and repair techniques. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple responsibilities effectively. Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning, lot maintenance, and other physical tasks throughout the workday. Excellent communication skills for interacting courteously with staff and customers. Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to identifying needs within the facility. Pay:
