Full Time Maintenance Tech to join our team at Rush Creek Apartments. $27

$30/hour M-F 8 am
4:30 pm $500 Sign on Bonus after 90 days Quarterly Renewal Bonus Year End Bonus Benefit Package includes Health, Dental, Earned Time Off and 401k match Job Responsibilities Complete work order requests in a timely accurate manner Complete apartment turns/make ready in a timely manner Assist with general repairs and curb appeal/appearance of the property Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, light carpentry Assist with outdoor pool operations Seasonal outdoor duties including snow removal/salt and sand sidewalks Qualifications CPO Certified•Preferred/willing to obtain HVAC Certifications•Preferred/willing to obtain Ability to work a rotating on-call maintenance emergency schedule (additional pay supplement when on call) Ability to work well in a team environment or individually Must be able to analyze and solve problems Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity Ability to provide your own basic tools
