Starting pay is $20 and per hour and may increase based on experience. Get it done! TPI Hospitality is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain our properties at the highest standards. You will be responsible for the building and grounds, ensuring safe, efficient, and guest-ready operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Completing quarterly Preventative Maintenance tasks in all guest rooms assisting with projects and completing work orders throughout the property under the Chief Maintenance Tech's guidance helping to maintain the interior/exterior of the building (property walks, snow removal and salting in the winter, landscaping assistance in the summer).. Uphold TPI's nine core values in daily actions and decisions.

What You Will Bring:

Experience in hotel or facility maintenance preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible schedules and pay attention to detail.
