$24•28/hour depending on experience. Non-exempt.

Mission Prep is an adolescent specific treatment program under the AMFM Healthcare family. Mission Prep aims to provide support and sustainable change for adolescents and families who are challenged by primary mental health struggles. Facilities TechnicianAs a Facilities Technician, you will play a vital role in keeping our facilities safe, functional, and welcoming for both clients and staff. Youll work closely with the leadership team to handle a variety of maintenance tasks, from carpentry and plumbing to safety inspections and equipment upkeep. Every day brings something different and your work directly impacts the healing environment we provide.
What Youll DoPerform preventative maintenance and repairs across multiple facilitiesSupport installations and refurbishments (telecom, HVAC, electrical, etc.)Monitor and maintain equipment to meet health & safety standardsAssist with workstation setup and upkeep of IT infrastructureConduct regular property tours to assess and respond to facility needsMaintain documentation of all work performedEnsure compliance with local fire codes, NFPA, and Joint Commission standardsProvide onboarding training to new employees regarding facilities use and safety protocolsWhat Were Looking ForEducation minimum of a high school diploma or GEDValid drivers license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of licensed driving experience, 23 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
CPR/First Aid CertificationPhysical ability to lift 50 lbs, work in various conditions, and use ladders/scaffoldingHands-on experience with general facility repair work (plumbing, carpentry, flooring, basic construction)Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamWillingness to learn and grow with an expanding organizationWhy Youll Love Working at AMFM HealthcareMeaningful Work:
