This role involves performing routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep to ensure a safe and clean environment for our staff and guests.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenace. Inspect and maintain kitchen and dining area fixtures, furniture, and appliances. Handle minor painting, drywall, and flooring touch-ups as needed. Troubleshoot and fix small issues before they become major problems. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a similar role. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. Basic knowledge and experience with refrigeration and equipment. Ability to work independently and troubleshoot maintenance issues. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
