Job Summary:
The Door Builder/Clamp Operator is responsible for performing a variety of processes in the fabrication of panel doors.
Job Duties:
Organizes and prioritizes work accordingly to daily/weekly production schedule. Operates door clamps as needed for standard product, miter doors, framed doors, etc. Builds panel doors while ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards regarding door style as well as finish. Operates a variety of machines in the fabrication of doors i.e., orbital sanders, hand sanders, door press, etc. Maintains all working areas in a clean, safe, orderly fashion. Performs daily maintenance as needed to keep machines in safe, operable condition.
