Job Description
Valhalla Park Condominiums is comprised of 13 residential buildings totaling 382 units. This property also includes indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and an exercise room, all on 27.5 acres right here in Rochester Minnesota. We are seeking an honest and dependable individual to add to our Maintenance Team! This position is Monday-Friday with an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance. We offer an on-call incentive, generous paid time off, Dental, Life and disability, and retirement matching. Duties and Responsibilities Basic electrical repair Basic plumbing repair Routine repair on equipment, vehicles, and buildings Indoor and outdoor pool maintenance Snow removal Experience and Requirements Must have a valid Minnesota driver's license Must be able to pass a federal background check 2-year experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Must be physically capable of navigating stairs, steep inclines, and ladders.
