Opportunity:

The Building/Maintenance Manager must be a positive role model to others and use their people skills to communicate with other departments from upper management, Production Manager, Supervisors and Tooling. This position is a key role to help bridge gaps in efficiencies and communication on the production floor.

What You'll Be Doing:

Be knowledgeable of API's Quality Policy. Manage the preventative maintenance program and perform checks. Anyone reporting an equipment problem will fill out a maintenance work order request form #4005. Work with management to schedule maintenance. Perform minor unscheduled repairs. Report maintenance activity where applicable. Control inventory and purchase replacement parts. The maintenance department will identify replacement parts and determine a suitable source.
