In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across various systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced setting that values innovation and teamwork. Duties Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, appliances, and other mechanical equipment to ensure continuous operation. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions. Conduct inspections of building systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, electrical wiring, plumbing, and structural components. Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, belts, filters, thermostats, compressors, and electrical parts with precision. Assist with construction or renovation projects by supporting installation tasks and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance data. Lead or collaborate with team members during complex repair projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), or equipment maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot using schematics and technical diagrams effectively. Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, refrigeration units, air conditioning units, and related mechanical equipment. Ability to perform equipment repair tasks efficiently while maintaining high safety standards. Knowledge of construction practices is a plus for supporting installation or renovation projects. Any automation systems experience is a plus.
Pay:
$21.00 - $30.00 per hour
