Job Description

Your technical skills are needed on 2nd shift as a Maintenance Tech in Thief River Falls, MN with Northern Pride . This role requires skilled hands to maintain and optimize equipment performance in an industrial poultry manufacturing setting. The position involves responding to equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to service calls for production equipment downtime and improper operation Perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment operating at maximum efficiency Conduct routine monitoring activities on HVAC, ammonia refrigeration, and boiler systems Collaborate with production, sanitation, warehouse, and safety staff to resolve operational issues Execute routine maintenance and fabrication activities including welding, building repairs, and fleet vehicle repairs
Requirements:
