What You'll Do Preventative Maintenance:

Perform weekly PMs on cut saws, band saws, presses, forklifts, and other facility equipment.

Equipment Care:

Inspect machinery, check blades and coolants, belt dressings, and keep equipment running at peak performance.

Press Operations:

Assist senior techs with punch press setups and changeovers.

Troubleshooting:

Learn to diagnose basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues alongside experienced mentors.

What We're Looking For Experience:

 2- 3+ years of background in maintenance, machine operatation, HVAC, mechanical repair, or general industrial upkeep.

Electrical Basics:

Solid understanding of 110V/120V fundamentals (experience with 208V/277V/480V or control troubleshooting is preferred).

Environment Readiness:

Comfortable working in a true non-climate-controlled manufacturing plant.

Work Ethic:

Safety-first mindset, calm under pressure, reliable attendance, and a drive to learn.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
