DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform repairs, routine and scheduled maintenance on all equipment and facilities. Keep a log of all equipment maintenance performed. Notify supervisors of all maintenance or repair work required, with an estimate of scope and duration. Work effectively with lockout/tagout personnel to assure safety. Request, through supervisor, all parts, materials and/or outside services, as required, to perform maintenance or repairs in a timely fashion. Maintain a safe and effective work environment throughout all areas of the facilities.
REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES, QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to diagnose and repair forming and fabricating equipment, including but not limited to drop hammers, stretch form equipment, heat treat equipment, hand tools, band saws and related machinery. Ability to perform electrical, pneumatic and plumbing repairs/modifications. Ability to maintain fork lift trucks. Ability to communicate with supervisors and upper management regarding equipment safety, record keeping, maintenance/repairs and scheduled tasks. Access to own tools is a Plus Benefits etc Health Care Insurance Life Insurance Profit Sharing Program 1 shift (7am - 3:30pm) No weekends
