Job Description
Nestlé Purina is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing facility. In this on-site role, you'll keep production lines running safely and efficiently through preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You'll troubleshoot breakdowns, support equipment changeovers, and use a CMMS to document work. Working in a pet-centric, collaborative culture, you'll help drive continuous improvement, uphold strict safety and quality standards, and contribute to products that improve the lives of pets and their owners. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues safely and efficiently. Use CMMS to document work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history. Collaborate with production teams to support line changeovers and continuous improvement. Follow all safety, quality, and GMP standards, including LOTO and housekeeping. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning. Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics during repairs. Support root cause analysis and recommend long-term corrective actions.
