Maintenance Technician 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Cassville, MO 65625 Full-time Arning Companies 24 reviews Full-time Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Maintain and repair equipment including: Roll formers, press brakes, folding machines, and shears CNC routers, fiber lasers, and robotic plasma systems Welders, plasma cutters, and torches Forklifts, cranes, yard truck, and trailers Assist with facility maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Respond to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Maintain clean and organized work areas Accurately document maintenance activities Work collaboratively with production teams to support operational needs Willingness to work nights/ weekends when required Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely Basic ability to read schematics and technical manuals Manufacturing experience preferred (metal fabrication a plus) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in industrial environments for extended periods Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required
