Essential Duties & Responsibilities This is a multi-craft maintenance position requiring general industrial maintenance experience with a strong emphasis on electrical components. 2-3 years of experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment Working knowledge of power transmission systems, including gear drives, 3-phase motors, servo motors, hydraulic motors, and pneumatic motors Working knowledge of transfer systems, including conveyors, lifts, turntables, and chain drives Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including reading schematics, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs Working knowledge of fluid transfer systems, including pumps (air, mechanical, and electric), shutoffs, flow control sensors, pressure sensors, and temperature sensors Familiarity with planned maintenance tasks, including proper
PPE, LOTO
procedures, safety checks, inspections, lubrication, and equipment repairs Basic fabrication skills, including reading assembly instructions and using tools such as tape measures, calipers, and dial indicators Experience operating power tools such as drills, grinders, sanders, and drill presses Welding experience and understanding of boiler systems preferred Basic computer and email skills Ability to support additional duties as assigned by maintenance leadership All pre-qualified candidates will be required to complete a NOCTI assessment to evaluate technical skill level Qualifications Computer literate with the ability to support plant production goals through teamwork and quality output Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Military training and/or technical school preferred Minimum of 5 years troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems down to the component level Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed Corrugated industry experience is a plus, but not required Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
