We're looking for a career-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Vicino on the Lake Apartments , a 359-unit property in Creve Coeur, MO.

Earn $500-$1,000 per referral What You'll Do Complete work orders based on priority Make-ready units for new residents Interior/exterior painting and light carpentry Assist with HVAC , plumbing , and electrical repairs Maintain grounds and property cleanliness Conduct preventative maintenance Keep maintenance shop clean and organized Rotate on-call responsibilities with team (on-call bonus eligible) What You'll Need 1+ years of general maintenance experience HVAC, EPA, or CPO certifications preferred Experience with: Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipes) Electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures) Appliance repair (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc.) Water heaters (gas & electric) Drywall repair and painting A hands-on demonstration of basic job duties will be required during the interview.
