Maintenance Technician Parc Provence - Creve Coeur, MO Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Parc Provence, a skilled memory care community dedicated to providing the best memory care possible. As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive and routine maintenance on community buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents. This role is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents and staff while delivering excellent service. Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and grounds maintenance
• Assist with resident move-ins, room transfers, and furniture moves as needed
• Ensure maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and in good working condition
• Maintain outdoor grounds and common areas throughout all seasons
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests and concerns
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, or general building maintenance
• Experience in a long-term care, senior living, or healthcare environment is preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete a wide range of maintenance repairs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
