Job Description

About Us:
We are a growing pool installation company specializing in high-quality fiberglass pools. Our team takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and creating outdoor spaces our customers love. As demand continues to grow, we're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our crew.
Position Summary:
As a Fiberglass Pool Installer, you will be part of a team responsible for the installation of in-ground fiberglass pools from start to finish. This is a hands-on, physically active role that involves outdoor work, use of construction equipment, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Assist with excavation and site preparation Set and level fiberglass pool shells Install plumbing, drainage, and basic electrical components Backfill and compact materials around pool structures Operate or assist with machinery (skid steers, excavators, etc.) Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently Provide excellent customer interaction on-site when needed
Qualifications:
Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred (but not required—we will train the right candidate) Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, digging, standing for long periods) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Preferred Skills (not required): Experience with excavation or heavy equipment Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge Experience with pool installation or landscaping
