Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving various facilities and equipment across our properties. Your expertise will ensure that our environment remains safe, functional, and welcoming for all. Duties Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and drywall repairs Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to execute projects accurately Conduct erosion control measures and implement safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards during construction activities Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery safely to complete repair jobs efficiently Assist with equipment repair and routine inspections to ensure operational readiness of tools and machinery Follow workplace safety regulations diligently, including proper manual handling techniques and respiratory protection procedures Climb ladders or scaffolding as needed to access high or hard-to-reach areas for repairs or inspections Qualifications Proven experience in industrial construction or maintenance environments with a strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and troubleshooting Familiarity with erosion control practices and implementation of OSHA safety standards Physical capability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, climbing, and working at heights safely Knowledge of respiratory protection equipment use and other personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and adherence to safety regulations at all times Join us in creating safe, efficient spaces by leveraging your handyman skills!
