Hardscape/Pool Installer

Job Overview TCA Outdoor LLC is looking for reliable, hardworking Hardscape / Pool Installers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position focused on building and installing outdoor living spaces, including above-ground pools, inground pools, pool liners, patios, retaining walls, walkways, grading, rock, mulch, sod, and other hardscape/landscape projects . The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, takes pride in quality work, and is comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions. Experience in hardscape, pool installation, landscaping, construction, or equipment operation is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Assist with above-ground and inground pool installations , including ground prep, excavation support, leveling, assembly, setting pool components, backfilling, and job site cleanup Assist with pool liner installs , pool openings, closings, and general pool service work Support pool construction tasks including plumbing prep, equipment pad setup, coping, drainage, grading, and surrounding hardscape work Build and install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, edging, stone beds, and outdoor living areas Perform grading, digging, trenching, compacting, and material installation Install rock, mulch, sod, decorative stone, and other landscape materials Operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, saws, levels, and other job site equipment safely and efficiently and professionally. Load, unload, and move materials as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Work independently or as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and correctly Communicate with crew leads and team members throughout the job Follow company standards for quality, professionalism, and customer service Requirements Previous experience in hardscape, pool installation, inground pool construction, landscaping, construction, concrete, or outdoor labor preferred Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding labor Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and various weather conditions Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work Ability to follow directions and work well with a team Must have reliable transportation Equipment operating experience is a plus, but not required Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, has a good attitude, and wants to be part of a growing outdoor company.
