Job Description
Property Management company looking for a Maintenance Technician for basic maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, etc. Typical day 7:30am to 5:00pm Company truck provided Health insurance Retirement plan Vacation and personal leave Needed immediately - apply today Responsibilities Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner. Respond to service calls for routine and emergency maintenance. Perform basic maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, & appliances. Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.) Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned Skills Experience as maintenance technician preferred Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and other systems Knowledge of general maintenance Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime High school diploma or equivalent preferred Driver's license required
