ASAP Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a leading global manufacturer of innovative packaging solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting industrial equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring reliable production operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment with industrial machinery, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls.
Responsibilities:
Equipment Installation & Preventive Maintenance Install, set up, and maintain manufacturing equipment. Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime. Make minor equipment modifications and adjustments to improve performance. Predictive Maintenance Utilize predictive maintenance techniques and diagnostic tools to identify potential equipment failures. Monitor equipment condition and recommend corrective actions before breakdowns occur. Analyze equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshooting & Repair Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues. Troubleshoot industrial machinery and production equipment to minimize downtime. Perform repairs independently while collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams as needed. Facility Maintenance Support general facility maintenance and upkeep. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Assist with facility repairs and maintenance projects that support production operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Technical degree, vocational training, or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred. Experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Working knowledge of industrial safety practices.

Physical Requirements:
Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach. Lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to perform work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety procedures.
