We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bitcoin Miner Technician to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of ASIC mining equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ASIC hardware, strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced data center environment. Main Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on ASIC mining equipment, identifying hardware failures and acting quickly to resolve them, minimizing downtime.
• Conduct both preventive and corrective maintenance on mining hardware and local infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and safety mechanisms.
• Monitor mining equipment performance, perform routine inspections, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
• Assist in the setup and installation of new mining units and related systems.
• Accurately complete work orders with detailed technical information to support tracking, reporting, and follow-up actions.
• Control and organize inventory of tools, spare parts, and mining hardware to ensure availability and quick response to maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, ensuring tools are charged, calibrated, and stored properly.
• Immediately report any critical failure or safety concern that could affect site operations or infrastructure.
• Follow all safety protocols rigorously and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, making decisions under pressure when necessary.
• Collaborate actively with the maintenance team and other operational departments to ensure consistent and reliable site performance.
• Replace and or blow out air filters as needed. Qualifications To successfully perform this role, the candidate must be able to meet all essential responsibilities effectively. • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Technical or vocational training in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Information Technology, or related fields is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance, production, manufacturing, construction, shipping, electrical work, or technical troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in industrial settings, data centers, or cryptocurrency mining environments—especially with ASIC hardware—is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of electronic equipment maintenance, particularly related to cryptocurrency mining (e.g., ASICs).
• Ability to perform basic diagnostics, identify failures, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and engineering diagrams.
• Familiarity with power, cooling, and safety systems typically found in technical infrastructure environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and objective communication for technical reporting and coordination.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods (up to 6 hours per day).
• Capable of lifting and carrying 30-50 lbs (13-23 kg).
• Willingness to be on-call for emergency maintenance situations.
