Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Conduct residential painting, wallpaper, and other repair tasks to maintain the hotel's aesthetic and operational standards. Maintain pool chemical balance in compliance with KCMO health department. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations and hotel policies. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests, ensuring minimal disruption. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance within a hospitality, nursing home or residential setting is preferred. Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building systems. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on maintenance activities effectively.
