Responsibilities Install replacement windows Complete full tear-out installations Install entry and patio doors Interior and exterior trim - clean lines and miters Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Ensure all installations meet company and manufacturer standards Provide excellent customer service and communication on-site Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience installing windows and doors Proven ability to complete trim work on windows and doors. This may include extension jams, brickmold, casing, smart trim, etc. Proven ability to perform full-frame tear-outs Reliable transportation, trailer, tools, and insurance required Must be able to travel within 150 miles of Kansas City Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in quality work Compensation Competitive subcontractor rates — based on experience and job scope.
