Job Description

Are you a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service? Arrow Capital is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve our residential rental properties in the Maryville, Missouri area and surrounding areas. This will also include travel to Tarkio, MO, Clarinda, IA and Hamburg, IA. If you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and making a positive impact on residents' living experience, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform repairs and maintenance related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, flooring, doors, locks, and other building systems. Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify practical, cost-effective solutions. Complete work orders in a timely, professional manner. Perform minor appliance repairs, including refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, and dishwashers. Assist with HVAC maintenance and preventative maintenance programs. Conduct property inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns before they become larger issues. Prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins. Communicate with residents regarding maintenance requests and scheduling. Maintain accurate records using mobile applications and property management software. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance situations when assigned. What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of residential maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, drywall, and general carpentry. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Professional communication and customer service skills. Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computer software for documentation and communication. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check. Must maintain a basic set of personal hand tools. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position requiring the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, maintenance equipment, dust, noise, and cleaning chemicals. Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
