We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support and maintain a variety of manual machines — ensuring reliability, accuracy, and maximum uptime in our industrial shop environment. ⚙️ What You'll Do In this role, you'll be the mechanical problem‑solver who keeps production flowing: Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manual machines: lathes, mills, drills, presses, and grinders Conduct routine inspections for wear, alignment, lubrication needs, and early signs of failure Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to scheduled plans Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and minor electrical issues Repair or replace components such as bearings, belts, gears, spindles, and drive systems Maintain accurate logs, repair reports, and parts usage documentation Assist with machine setup, alignment, and calibration Follow all safety procedures, including required lockout/tagout protocols Your work ensures our equipment stays reliable, safe, and ready for production. 🎯 Essential Skills You'll be successful here if you bring strong abilities in: Mechanical troubleshooting Hydraulics & pneumatics Blueprint reading Electrical skills & schematic interpretation PLC troubleshooting (basic) Welding (preferred) Electrical diagnostics 📘 Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Technical or trade school training preferred Hands‑on experience maintaining/repairing manual shop machinery (mills, lathes, presses, etc.) 💰 Why You'll Love Working Here Enhanced weekend pay : 1.5× pay on Saturdays 2× pay on Sundays Supportive, efficient, and safety‑focused work environment First‑shift schedule with flexible hours Opportunity to apply and grow your mechanical skillset 🏭 Work Environment You'll work in an industrial shop equipped with manual machines, welding tools, and precision equipment. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
