Maintenance Technician - Multifamily Apartment Community (200 Units) We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 200-unit apartment community. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and pride in providing excellent service to our residents. If you enjoy working in a team-oriented environment with a great company culture, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Complete resident work orders in a timely and professional manner. Perform apartment turns and prepare units for new move-ins. Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the property. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances, doors, locks, and other building systems. Maintain the grounds and common areas to ensure a clean, safe community. Assist with emergency maintenance needs as they arise. Participate in the rotating on-call schedule. Qualifications Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred. HVAC certification or experience is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills. Excellent work ethic and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer service. Must have your own basic maintenance tools. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Schedule & Benefits Monday-Friday work schedule. Rotating on-call schedule shared among the maintenance team.
