Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.Duties:
- Operate CDL Class B Equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections of equipment and facilities
- Perform repairs on machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or safety concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects or tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with stick welding is a plus
- Knowledge of low voltage systems is desirable
