What You'll Do:

Respond to

Service Requests:

Complete daily work orders for residents, including basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.

Prep Vacant Units:

Turn over empty apartments quickly and efficiently by patching drywall, painting, and ensuring everything works perfectly for the next tenant.

Maintain Grounds:

Keep the property safe and visually appealing by inspecting common areas and handling seasonal upkeep.

Emergency Support:

Take part in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule to handle urgent property emergencies.

What We're Looking For:

Skills:

Solid knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repair. (HVAC/EPA certification is a major plus!).

Transport:

You must have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Mindset:

A customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills when interacting with residents.
