Experience:
Maintenance experience is preferredDetail orientedBasic technology (smart phone/computer)Organizational skillsBasic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systemsKnowledge of general maintenance processes and methodsWorking knowledge of tools, common appliances and devicesManual dexterity and problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredCertificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plusCertified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired Responsibilities include
  • Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards-Perform maintenance and installation of systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, change filter furnaces etc.
), assist in setup of systems and conduct repairs when necessary, maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality-Ability to navigate smart phone, electronic work orders-Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed-Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.
  • Willing to perform a variety of maintenance tasks including painting, HVAC troubleshooting, janitorial, inspections, landscaping, snow removal, etc
  • ability to lift up to 90lbs and stand for up to 8 hours Benefits
