Louis, MO Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Start Your Career in Maintenance - We'll Train You Presort, Inc., a commercial printing and mailing company, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to learn —no advanced experience required. If you enjoy working with your hands, figuring out how things work, and being part of a team that keeps operations running, we'll teach you the rest. On-the-job training - no specialized experience required. Consistent weekday schedule - no weekends. Opportunity to build valuable technical skills. Essential functions:

Assist with maintaining and repairing production equipmentHelp perform routine and preventative maintenanceLearn how to set up machines for daily productionTroubleshoot basic equipment issues with support from experienced team membersHelp keep tools, parts, and work areas organizedAssist with minor building and facility maintenance tasksSupport equipment installations and basic assembly projects

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Mechanical aptitude (this could come from school, hobbies, or previous jobs)Willingness to learn and take directionDependability and strong work ethicBasic problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (with or without accommodation) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
